Join us for this powerful virtual event taking place on Zoom webinar. Through a mix of live and pre-recorded content, community members will come together to honor and support survivors of sexual violence through a virtual vigil, survivor speak out, and an array of artistic expressions centering around the theme of Liberation.

Call for Artistic Expressions to be featured during the event

Take Back The Night Tucson 2021 invites submissions on the theme of Liberation. We welcome works in the following genres and mediums:

  • Visual art

  • Music

  • Dance

  • Multimedia submissions (photo essays, short documentary)

  • Creative writing (poetry, flash fiction/nonfiction, or excerpts from longer fiction/nonfiction).
     

To protect your privacy, the Google Drive folder you upload your work to will be monitored daily and submissions will be moved to a private folder. 

 

Submissions will be exhibited as part of the TBTN Tucson virtual event on April 29th at 7PM

 

Submission Format
Name each file with your name and the name of your piece, for example: smith_jane_name of piece.jpg
 

Film

Please submit MOV file

Image
All images should be a separate jpg or png file

 

Audio
Please submit WAV or MP3 file

Text
Microsoft Word documents (.doc, .docx). Limit 1-page per submission
